Bottom-rankedSkygunners managed to get a fifteenth victory, breaking the series of five consecutive losses on Thursday night. This time they won against fifth-ranked KoGas in Daegu 90-85 . Sono SG dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to KoGas ' 30. They outrebounded KoGas 39-26 including 26 on the defensive glass. Sono SG looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American center Alan Williams (203-1993, college: UCSB) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and forward Jeong-Hyeon Lee (187-1999) chipped in 23 points and 4 assists. The former international guard Nakhyeon Kim (180-1995) responded with 33 points (!!!) and 4 assists and Canadian Andrew Nicholson (206-1989, college: St.Bonaventure) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Sono SG maintains tenth place with 15-31 record. Loser KoGas keep the fifth position with 23 games lost.
